We will assess and discuss the spine’s mobility, common injuries, and types of dysfunction together with an exploration of how to identify these issues within a yoga context.
To help you integrate the information and learnings, we will consider case studies during the training,
On completion of this training you will have a solid understanding of the spine’s anatomy.
