What are the benefits of online classes and how does it work?

 Practicing Yoga, Pilates and Myofascial Release on line has many benefits!

It allows you to practice with me from all over the world at your own convenience. Either from your living room, hotel room or garden. You are not depending on the schedule of a studio anymore.
I use different programs to teach online, so I can see you and give you cues that are especially for your needs.

You will need to download Zoom on your laptop, tablet or phone. After you have registered with me for the class or the private session I will sent you the link for the class. Make sure that you log in fifteen minutes before we start the class so we can check that everything is working fine and that we can see each other!
