If you are a Vinyasa Yoga practitioner, the vinyasa sequence can either encourage stability in the shoulders or aggravate problems there.
In this workshop we will explore the structure and function of your shoulder joints through a mixture of theory and practice!
-Look at common postural patterns
-Learn how to engage weak areas, through mindful movements
-Look at some shoulder biomechanics in yoga poses.
